Again, only the best ingredients will do for Original Breakfast Logs®. We use best in class scrambled eggs, aged sharp cheddar cheese, and top-quality Canadian style bacon. The product is finally enclosed in an authentic crispy wrapper.


  • Dough: Enriched wheat flour (contains: wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, liquid whole egg and/or liquid egg white, corn starch and/or modified corn starch, salt, vinegar, sodium propionate, sodium stearoyl lactylate, potassium sorbate. (Sodium Propionate and Potassium Sorbate added to retard spoilage of dough)
  • Egg: Whole eggs, whey, soybean oil, nonfat milk. Contains 1% or less of the following: salt, natural and artificial butter flavor, xanthan gum, citric acid
  • Cheese (Sharp Cheddar): Pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes and annatto (vegetable color). Potato starch and powdered cellulose added to prevent caking
  • Canadian Style Bacon: [Water added. Includes pork sirloin hips, chunked and formed. Smoke flavoring added.] Cured with water, salt, potassium lactate, sugar, sodium phosphates, smoke flavoring, sodium diacetate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite


Oven Use Product:
  • Convection Oven (RECOMMENDED method in oven): 375° 16-17 minutes
  • Conventional Oven: 425° 17-18 minutes
  • Air Fryer: Times vary by manufacturer. Product is amazing in the air fryers! Just be sure to achieve 165° internal temperature
  • Recommend 165° Internal Temperature
Deep Fry Preparation:
  • Deep Fry at 350° for 5:45-6:00 mins
  • Recommend 165° Internal Temperature

Pro Tip: Try serving them “Huevos rancheros” style. Serve with salsa, refried beans, rice, avocado or guacamole.
